Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam “Ma’had Aly Al-Hikam” Malang Pembimbing Dr. Rosidin M.Pd. Kata kunci: Pendidikan Islam, Rahmatan lil Alamin, Azyumardi Azra Pendidikan Islam masih dihadapkan dengan persoalan degradasi moral yang terjadi, seperti kasus bullying (penindasan) baik verbal maupun non verbal, ujaran kebencian, kriminalitas dan intoleransi yang menyudutkan suatu golongan tertentu sebagai bentuk kepuasan diri tanpa melihat norma-norma dan agama, dan sampai pada tahap terorisme. Pendidikan Islam rahmatan lil alamin menjadi salah satu alternatif dalam menyikapi persoalna degradasi moral yang mengarah pada gerakan kekerasan yang terjadi di lingkungan pendidikan. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsep pendidikan islam rahmatan lil alamin prespektif Azyumardi Azra. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi pustaka. Sumber data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan sekunder. Hasil riset yang diperoleh melaui berbagai data yang terdapat dalam penilitian ini antaran lain: Pertama, Konsep pendidikan islam rahmatan lil alamin prespektif Azyumardi Azra meliputi Tujuan pendidian, kurikulum pendidikan, deradikalisasi, dan nilai-nilai Islam rahmatan lil alamin (Moderat, toleransi, persaudaraan, musayawarah, keadilan, perdamaian). Kedua, Relevansi pendidikan Islam rahmatan lil alamin prespektif Azyumardi Azra dengan pendidikan saat ini meliputi tujuan pendiidkan, kurikulum, pendidik, dan peserta didik. Key words: Islamic education, Rahmatan lil Alamin, Azyumardi Azra Islamic education is still faced with the problem of moral degradation, such as cases of bullying (oppression) both verbal and non-verbal, hate speech, crime and intolerance which corner certain groups as a form of self-satisfaction without looking at norms and religion, and have reached the stage of terrorism. Rahmatan lil alamin Islamic education is an alternative in addressing the issue of moral degradation which leads to violent movements that occur in educational environments. The focus of this research is to determine the concept of Islamic education rahmatan lil alamin from Azyumardi Azra perspective. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a library study type of research. The data sources used include primary and secondary data. The research results obtained through various data contained in this research include: First, the concept of Islamic education rahmatan lil alamin Azyumardi Azra perspective includes educational objectives, educational curriculum, deradicalization, and Islamic values rahmatan lil alamin (Moderate, tolerance, brotherhood, deliberation, justice, peace). Second, the relevance of Islamic education Rahmatan Lil Alamin from Azyumardi Azra's perspective with current education includes educational objectives, curriculum, educators and students.
