Abstract

As time goes by, which is increasingly modern, there will be many possibilities for problems that occur similarly in the environment of educational institutions with various cases. One of the educational institutions in Malang, one of which is the private primary school Jabal Nur Tlogowaru Malang, also has several delinquencies of students that occur such as lack of obedience to school regulations and other forms of delinquency that disturb school residents. This research uses quantitative research methods with the type of research using descriptive research to provide an overview of the object under study through data or samples that will be collected later. In this study, researchers intend to conduct a survey with a simple random sampling technique with correlation analysis aimed at testing whether there is an influence or not. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of conflict management on reducing student delinquency in private primary school Jabal Nur Tlogowaru Malang. The results showed that there was an influence of conflict management on reducing student delinquency in private primary school Jabal Nur Tlogowaru Malang. This is evident from the results of hypothesis testing obtained by calculating the results through a correlation test of rxy = 0.551. The results of this test show that r count 0.551 is greater than r table 0.2242, so working hypothesis is accepted and null hypothesis is rejected.
