Application of the TANDUR Model (Grow, Natural, Name, Demonstrate, Repeat, and Celebrate) to Improve Understanding of Mathematical Concepts in Grade 3 Elementary School Students of Fractional Material. Thesis of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program, Ma'had Aly Al-Hikam Islamic College Malang. Supervisor: Misbahul Munir, M.Pd.I. Keywords: TANDUR Learning Model, Understanding Mathematical Concepts Mathematical problem solving is a process by which a person is exposed to mathematical concepts, skills and processes to solve mathematical problems. Paying attention to that, it is necessary to have a learning that can make students active, and make learning more meaningful and fun so that it can affect the increase in students' understanding of mathematical concepts. One method that can be used in fractional material is the TANDUR learning model.The purpose of this study is to describe 1) planning the application of the Tandur learning model to improve the understanding of mathematical concepts of grade 3 elementary school students of fractional material, 2) the implementation of the application of the Tandur learning model to improve the understanding of mathematical concepts of grade 3 elementary school students of fractional material , 3) the results of the application of the Tandur learning model to improve the understanding of mathematical concepts of grade 3 elementary school students of fractional material. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a type of field research. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Ampeldento, District, Kabupatan Malang. The subjects of this study were grade 3 teachers, informants of this study were principals, grade 3 teachers, and grade 3 students. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion making. Data validity techniques in this study used observation diligence, triangulation techniques, and reference materials. The results of this study are 1) planning the application of the Tandur learning model is carried out by teachers by preparing Tandur learning tools; 2) implementation of the Tandur learning model including opening, core activities, and closing activities; 3) the result of the application of Tandur learning is that it can increase the understanding of mathematical concepts of students satisfactorily.
