Abstract
ABSTRAK Affandy, Rafly. 2024. Pembinaan Akhlak Siswa Melalui Kompetensi Profesional Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Insan Mulia Kota Malang. Tesis. Magister Pendidikan Agama Islam, Pascasarjana Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Ma’had Aly Al-Hikam Malang. Pembimbing I, Dr. Umi Salamah, M.Pd.I. Pembimbing II, Dr. Siti Mutholingah, M.Pd.I. Kata Kunci: Pembinaan Akhlak Siswa, Kompetensi Profesional, Guru PAI Mengamati problematika tentang akhlak, yang dimana masih banyak siswa yang belum melakukan kewajibannya sesuai dengan peraturan yang diwajibkan bagi seorang siswa, tertutama peraturan yang dibuat sekolah itu sendiri. Contohnya seperti cara berpakaian, cara berbicara antar teman, cara berbicara kepada gurunya, melanggar peraturan yang dibuat sekolah dan lain sebagainya. Tujuan penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menjawab fokus penelitian: 1) Kompetensi profesional guru pendidikan agama Islam di SDIT Insan Mulia Kota Malang 2) Pembinaan akhlak melalui kompetensi profesional guru pendidikan agama Islam di SDIT Insan Mulia Kota Malang. Fokus penelitian tersebut dibahas melalui penelitian yang dilaksanakan di SDIT Insan Mulia Kota Malang yang dimana sekolah memiliki program pembinaan akhlak peserta didik sehingga diperlukan penyempurnaan program pembinaan akhlak melalui kompetensi profesional guru pendidikan agama Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Pengecekan data kembali menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles, Huberman dan Saldana yaitu dengan kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kompetensi profesional guru pendidikan agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Insan Mulia meliputi latar belakang keilmuan, memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi Komunikasi, disiplin dalam pengerjaan tugas, membuat media pembelajaran, menguasai materi secara luas dan mendalam, kegiatan penunjang kompetensi guru seperti Pendidikan Profesi Guru, Kelompok Kerja Guru dan supervisi pendidikan. 2) Pembinaan akhlak siswa melalui kompetensi profesional guru pendidikan agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Insan Mulia Malang adalah siswa menerapkan hasil pembelajaran di kehidupan nyata serta pembinaan akhlak siswa dilaksanakan melalui program pembinaan akhlak siswa yang kegiatannya meliputi kegiatan kokurikuler yaitu sholat dhuha berjama’ah, pembelajaran Al Qur’an, pembiasaan motivasi pagi serta kegiatan parenting bagi wali murid dan kegiatan intrakurikuler yaitu pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam menggunakan kurikulum Terpadu. Keywords: Student Moral Development, Professional Competence, PAI Teacher Observing the problem of morals, it is evident that there are still many students who have not fulfilled their obligations according to the regulations required for a student, especially those set by the school itself. Examples include how to dress, how to talk to friends, how to talk to teachers, breaking school rules, and so on. The aim of this research is to address the following research focuses: 1) The professional competence of Islamic religious education teachers at SDIT Insan Mulia, Malang City. 2) Moral development through the professional competence of Islamic religious education teachers at SDIT Insan Mulia, Malang City. This research focuses on the moral development program for students at SDIT Insan Mulia, Malang City, and the necessity of enhancing this program through the professional competence of Islamic religious education teachers. This research employs a qualitative approach with a field study type. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, and documentation. Data verification uses source triangulation and technical triangulation. Data analysis follows the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, which involves condensing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The research findings show that: 1) The professional competency of Islamic religious education teachers at the Insan Mulia Integrated Islamic Primary School includes having a scientific background, utilizing Information Communication Technology, maintaining discipline in carrying out assignments, creating learning media, mastering material widely and in-depth, and participating in activities that support teacher competency such as Teacher Professional Education, Teacher Working Groups, and educational supervision. 2) The development of student morals through the professional competence of Islamic teachers at the Insan Mulia Integrated Islamic Primary School results in students applying learning outcomes in real life. This moral development is conducted through a student moral development program, which includes co-curricular activities such as congregational dhuha prayers, learning the Qur'an, morning motivational training, parenting activities for parents, and extra-curricular activities that use an integrated curriculum for teaching Islamic religious education.
