Keywords: Tahfidz Program Management, Tarjamah Method, Understanding the Content of the Qur'an Tahfidz Program Management is an effort to manage the design of activities applied in tahfidz institutions to regulate the achievement of a goal of memorizing the word of God through the functions of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The Qur'an is the sacred word of God because the contents of the verse can be memorized, not just memorizing the verse, the perfection of the Qur'an will be seen if memorization is connected with understanding the content. So that the Qur'an lives to be akhlaq in everyday life. The memorization process will be easy when applying the method. The Tarjamah method is a method used in learning to understand the Qur'anic verses per word in a simple way, namely ½ page of the Qur'an with an understanding of the content of the Qur'anic verses with tahsin, tajweed, nahwu shorof science, and tafsir in a simple and practical way so that understanding the meaning of the verse can be applied in everyday life. So that students who memorize the Qur'an have a difference with other tahfidz pesantren because the methods used are far more useful for themselves to be practiced in the world and the hereafter. Baitul Qur'an Pesantren Al-Khusyu' Malang is one of the tahfidz institutions that applies the Tarjamah method as a method of memorizing the Qur'an. The research focus in this study is divided into 3, namely: 1) How is the Management Planning of Tahfidz Program with Tarjamah Al-Qur'an Method at Baitul Qur'an Al-Khusyu' Islamic Boarding School in Malang?, 2) How is the Implementation of Tahfidz Program Management with the Tarjamah Al-Qur'an Method at Baitul Qur'an Al-Khusyu' Islamic Boarding School in Malang?, 3) How is the Evaluation of Tahfidz Program Management with Tarjamah Al-Qur'an Method at Baitul Qur'an Al-Khusyu' Islamic Boarding School in Malang? This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case studies research. The data sources in this research are primary and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques were obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results in this study are: 1) The planning of the tahfidz program at Pesantren Baitul Qur'an Al-Khusyu' Malang applies planning that starts from determining targets by pesantren leaders, assastidz, murobbi by compiling tahfidz programs, determining goals according to the vision and mission of the pesantren, formulating tahfdz methods by providing input to each other applying methods that will be effectively used in tahfidz pesantren such as tallaqi, takrir, wahdah, tahsin, and tarjamah Al-Qur'an methods. Furthermore, determining the tahfidz strategy by murobbi or pentasmik grouping students through small groups, each group consisting of 4-5 people and guided by 1 ustadzah who is ready to listen and accept the students' memorization deposits. 2) The implementation of the tahfidz program with the tarjamah method is carried out by the Baitul Qur'an Pesantren Al-Khusyu' Malang by dividing 2 times (ba'da dawn, ba'da asar) to deposit memorization, then coordinating between tahfidz administrators and tahfidz implementers in the process of orienting the implementation of the program with the director of the messageatren, tahfidz tutors, and students as program implementers. Furthermore, in this implementation stage, an implementation system is held which includes program management by the person in charge (Director of Pesantren tahfidz Qur'an Al-Khusyu' Malang), murobbi, tutors, and students. 3) The evaluation of the tahfidz program with the Qur'an tarjamah method is carried out through 4 stages, namely the juz promotion exam every 3 months, binadzor reading training for memorizing 1 juz with the students, which is implemented once a week on Friday, tasmik 2 juz every week (Saturday), namely the application of students depositing 2 juz memorization to pentasmik (his friend) to strengthen memorization and prepare for the next stage of the program, namely in the semesterly or year-end tasmik program, seeing the students' memorization income, namely by means of each murobbi seeing and checking the students' memorization income which is carried out every month and every 3 months. Besides that, there is also supervision every day.
