Abstract
Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, perilaku bullying dilingkungan sekolah telah menjadi isu yang signifikan. Perilaku bullying tidak hanya merugikan korban secara fisik dan psikologis namun menyebabkan suasana belajar disekolah menjadi tidak aman dan kurang mendukung. kepala sekolah sebagai seorang pemimpin memiliki peran penting dalam menyusun strategi guna mencegah tindakan perilaku bullying di sekolah. Melalui pembinaan karakter yang berbasis nilai-nilai religius dianggap penting sebagai fondasi untuk membentuk sifat dan sikap siswa. Kepala SD Islam Mohammad Hatta Kota Malang menerapkan penguatan dasar berbasis keislaman sebagai program unggulan, dilakukan untuk memperkuat kualitas karakter religius peserta didik sehingga menjadi lulusan yang berakhlak baik dan unggul bidang akademiknya. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut maka konteks dan pertanyaan peneliti adalah bagaimana strategi kepala sekolah dalam mencegah perilaku bullying melalui pembinaan karakter religius siswa di SD Islam Mohammad Hatta Kota Malang dan apa faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat strategi kepala sekolah dalam mencegah perilaku bullying melalui pembinaan karakter religius siswa di SD Islam Mohammad Hatta Kota Malang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui strategi dan faktor pendukung penghambat kepala sekolah dalam mencegah perilaku bullying melalui pembinaan karakter religius siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian field reseach atau studi lapangan. Adapun metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi non partisipatif, wawancara semi terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Adapun Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi/kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) strategi kepala sekolah dalam mencegah perilaku bullying melalui pembinaan karakter religius siswa ada dua strategi yaitu strategi pembiasaan keagamaan dan strategi keteladanan. (2) faktor penghambat strategi kepala sekolah: kurangnya controlling, waktu yang terbatas dalam pelaksanaan pembiasaan keagamaan, faktor lingkungan sosial siswa dan faktor negatif dari teman sebaya atau kelompok sebaya siswa. Faktor pendukung strategi kepala sekolah: latar pendidikan guru dan staf sekolah yang mumpuni, terjalin komunikasi yang baik antara pihak sekolah dan wali murid, pemahaman mendalam guru tentang keagamaan sehingga bisa menjadi tauladan untuk siswa dan dukungan serta kerjasama seluruh pihak sekolah. In recent years, bullying behavior in the school environment has become a significant issue. Bullying behavior not only harms victims physically and psychologically but causes the learning atmosphere at school to be unsafe and less supportive. The principal as a leader has an important role in developing strategies to prevent bullying behavior in schools. Through character building based on religious values is considered important as a foundation for shaping the nature and attitudes of students. The principal of SD Islam Mohammad Hatta Malang City applies Islamic-based basic strengthening as a flagship program, carried out to strengthen the quality of the religious character of students so that they become graduates who have good morals and excel in their academic fields. Based on this description, the context and research questions are how the principal's strategy in preventing bullying behavior through fostering students' religious character at SD Islam Mohammad Hatta Malang City and what are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the principal's strategy in preventing bullying behavior through fostering students' religious character at SD Islam Mohammad Hatta Malang City. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategies and supporting factors inhibiting principals in preventing bullying behavior through fostering students' religious character. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research or field study. The data collection method uses non-participatory observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction/condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed: (1) the principal's strategy in preventing bullying behavior through fostering students' religious character has two strategies, namely religious habituation strategy and exemplary strategy. (2) inhibiting factors of the principal's strategy: lack of controlling, limited time in implementing religious habituation, factors of students' social environment and negative factors from peers or students' peer groups. Supporting factors for the principal's strategy: the qualified educational background of teachers and school staff, good communication between the school and student guardians, teachers' deep understanding of religion so that they can be role models for students and the support and cooperation of all school parties.
