Thesis of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program, Tarbiyah Faculty, Ma'had Aly Al-Hikam Islamic High School Malang. Lecture: Moh Nadhif, M.Pd I Keywords: Teacher, Spiritual, Attitude, Islamic Education In the Junior High School phase, students are between 13 and 16 years old, and they begin to understand the principles and apply them in their own way. At this age, many students oppose their parents because they want to show their identity. In fact, as a child becomes more morally aware, religion and scripture are no longer considered a collection of just laws that God uses to punish and order the world to teach us that we should be better. The duties of a teacher are indeed heavy and numerous. However, when students' behavior and behavior changes for the better, all teacher responsibilities will be considered successful. The most important thing, of course, is morality. People will become humble and behave well towards other people, the environment, and Allah SWT if good moral education and its teachings are well instilled. Therefore, researchers are interested in examining the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in instilling a spiritual attitude in educational institutions. This research, which was carried out at Islamic Junior High School Ahmad Yani, Jabung, used a qualitative research approach with a library research model. This means that researchers are the key actors in this research, who look for data directly in the field. Researchers obtain research data from several observation, interview and documentation activities, and later any data obtained will be managed using triangulation management techniques. This research has results in the form of descriptive narrative text. The results achieved from cultivating a spiritual attitude at Islamic Junior High School Ahmad Yani, Jabung from the habits that have been implemented include students being able to have a good inner soul with Allah by getting into the habit of prayer duha, duhur and istighotsah prayers. Another result is also having a good social spirit, by being able to socialize well with friends, helping teachers at the madrasah, and also being able to apply these habits in their homes by speaking politely and politely, not hesitating to say sorry when they make mistakes and say thank you when you are helped and many others. Then the final result is a spirit of caring for the environment by throwing rubbish in its place.
