Abstract
ABSTRAK Azizah, Noer, 2023. Peran Guru Dalam Pembentukan Sikap Kemandirian Santri Putri di Pesantren Mahasiswa Al-Hikam Malang. Skripsi, Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam, Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Ma’had Aly Al-Hikam Malang. Pembimbing: Zaedun Na'im, M.Pd.I. Kata Kunci: Peran guru, Kemandirian Peran seorang guru tidak hanya memberikan ilmu pengetahuan kepada peserta didik, tetapi juga mendidik, membimbing, mengarahkan, mendampingi, menilai, serta membentuk kepribadian yang baik, khususnya dalam membentuk kepribadian yang mandiri. Salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang mempunyai kontribusi dalam proses pembentukan karakter kemandirin adalah pondok pesantren. Pesantren Mahasiswa Al-Hikam Malang adalah pesantren khusus mahasiswa yang kehidupan para santrinya tidak terlepas dari bimbingan, arahan maupun pengawasan dari pengasuh, asatidz maupun pembina pesantren. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk kemandirian santri putri, peran guru dalam pembentukan sikap kemandirian santri putri, serta faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat peran guru dalam pembentukan sikap kemandirian santri putri di Pesantren Mahasiswa Al-Hikam Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kemandirian santri putri di Pesantren Mahasiswa Al-Hikam Malang yaitu melakukan kegiatan pesantren tanpa sering diingatkan oleh pengurus maupun pembina pesantren, melakukan segala kegiatan pribadi secara mandiri, kreatif, serta bertanggung jawab. 2) Peran guru dalam membentuk kemandirian santri putri di Pesantren Mahasiswa Al-Hikam Malang yaitu sebagai pembimbing, pengganti orang tua, fasilitator, pendamping, motivator, serta evaluator. 3) Faktor pendukung peran guru dalam pembentukan sikap kemandirian santri putri di Pesantren Mahasiswa Al-Hikam Malang yaitu karena santri putri adalah mahasiswi, lingkungan pesantren, jauh dari orang tua, serta sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan pertemanan, perkembangan teknologi, serta karakter santri. ABSTRACT Azizah, Noer, 2023. Keywords: Teacher's role, Independence The role of a teacher is not only to provide knowledge to students, but also to educate, guide, direct, accompany, assess, and form a good personality, especially in forming an independent personality. One of the educational institutions that has contributed to the process of character building is the boarding school. Pesantren Mahasiswa Al- Hikam Malang is a special boarding school for students whose lives are inseparable from the guidance, direction and supervision of the caregivers, asatidz and pesantren coaches. This study aims to describe the form of independence of female students, the role of teachers in shaping the attitude of independence of female students, as well as supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the role of teachers in shaping the attitude of independence of female students at Al-Hikam Student Boarding School in Malang. This research uses qualitative research methods with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: 1) The independence of female santri at Pesantren Mahasiswa Al-Hikam Malang is doing pesantren activities without being often reminded by pesantren administrators and coaches, doing all personal activities independently, creatively, and responsibly. 2) The role of teachers in shaping the independence of female santri at Al-Hikam Student Boarding School in Malang is as a guide, parent substitute, facilitator, companion, motivator, and evaluator. 3) Supporting factors for the role of teachers in shaping the independence of female santri at Al-Hikam Student Boarding School in Malang are because female santri are female students, the pesantren environment, away from parents, and adequate facilities and infrastructure. While the inhibiting factors are the family environment, friendship environment, technological developments, and the character of students.
